I was reading the comments under David’s Shaking up tech publishing post on his weblog and came away really really impressed by Tim O’Reilly. [And no, while biologically old enough to have spawned me, he would have had to have taken care of that business while starting high school.]

In the hierarchy of sandwich greatness these come in second, holding steady beneath turkey/stuffing/gravy/cranberry on brown, and just above lox/cream cheese/capers/red onion on a bagel.
