I am pleased to announce we have raised the bandwidth allowances on Bingo. A 100 gigabyte account now gets 100 gigabytes of transfer per month (up from 10 gigabytes). A 50 gigabyte account gets 50 gigabytes transfer per month (up from 5 gigabytes). A 25 gigabyte account gets 25 gigabytes transfer per month (up from 2.5 gigabytes). Prices remain the same.
With Bingo and iWeb (the FrontPage of our generation), I can easily put together and serve up ps pipe grep to the many listeners around the globe.
Enjoy.

Do existing customers get the upgrade as well?
Okay now I think Bingo is worth it for me.
Does anyone know how performance between BingoDisk, Amazon S3, etc… stack up?
I’m curious to know which service serves up content the fastest as well as how they handle concurrency.
Hip Hip Hooray!!
Thanks guys!
Yaaaay!!! I’m signing up this weekend!
@Russ: yes. Check your account management page.
hell yeah!
@Hank, I can’t really tell you how it relatively stacks up to other services because I don’t run them or benchmark them (that’s a bit … well I might have some explaining to do when I take 40 benchmarking machines on gigabit uplinks to the “internet” in order to see how quickly amazon s3 could serve up content).
But I can tell you that a single bingodisk node can more than saturate a gigabit connection out.
Gawd, are those bananas? Or little bits dancing for joy?
I love the bananas.

Pre-coffee, I thought they were um, prophylactics…
“With Bingo and iWeb…”
iWeb? I thought you were using Vista these days?
@Jonto: I only use Vista when doing the poopy sitty. Know what I mean? Otherwise, I’m using a Mac.
