You really have me curious about Slingshot.
Hey, there’s some trippy stuff happening on this blog: open up this post to see comments, then hit the back button and the 2 latest posts are not there, only the Twitter one.

Sounds like your browsers cache is playing games with you
So it was.
Right, off to listen to the podcast and then I’ll try to come back with something more intelligent.
I like working at cafes. The ambient white noise keeps me focused and productive.
Regarding a decent Python (64-bit 2.4.4, also great for TurboGears), I just came across this blog entry today, and went ahead and installed it:
http://blogs.sun.com/levon/entry/64-bit_python_in_nevada_build
The dependencies weren’t all that bad, just SUNWPython, SUNWTcl, SUNWTk, and one more that was from XWindow linked libraries. Nothing heavier than that on my fairly minimal system. (ymmv, of course… now that I think of it, another install I tried to do brought in a few other X things.)
How can cheese be both Marin and French?
Congratulations Jason!
Oh, and yes—congrats!
The screaming thing at 22:13 was NOT cool. It literally broke one of the earbuds for my cell phone.
