Ok, that’s it. We are done. Finished. hecho. 做. gedaan. fait. getan. fatto. される. сделано. hết.
#200 went out the door this morning, so it’s a wrap here.
A big ‘thank you’ to everyone who participated in the promotion. We simply can’t wait to see what you do with your Accelerators, and look forward to watching as you dig your fingers in and feel the power of total control in your own space.
We have also launched a new wiki where a lot of the new collateral about both Shared on Solaris and the Accelerators will be posted. We encourage you to check it out and contribute your own notes/documentation there as well.
Enjoy.

So, does that mean those of us who moved to the 3 martini lunch from the mixed grill will finally get some attention?
I’ve only been waiting over 2 months a TextDrive upgrade…
@Zack:
fwiw, i believe the delay is primarily due to the fact that they are mating freebsd userland with the opensolaris kernel. easy to believe there would be many unpredictable gotchas during that process.
they have been making progress and have a beta team testing it:

my guess is that while you might feel frustrated by the delay, i imagine you’d prefer to wait until they had a solid product ready to release.

Right, the hold up is the switch to Solaris. I was actually given a choice to wait for Solaris or to move to a business account and then move over to Solaris at a later time. I opted to wait. This was a personal response to my ticket rather than a global email so your situation might have been different.
Thanks for the container!
By “over,” do you mean everyone is set up and has their logins, or do you mean you’re not accepting any more requests? Because I did put in a ticket on May 17 for the offer, but haven’t seen any login or such information yet. Just curious.
@raymond, the latter – here
@Kristie: What was the final breakdown of the “S” vs. “M” vs. “L” accelerator purchases?
I’d be curious if you are able to share the info.
You probably meant you are 完了 (complete, finished). される is “done” in a manner roughly similar to the English passive voice: “This needs to be done by someone capable”.
How will Slingshot compare to Google Gears?
