If you are around Palo Alto, CA this weekend, plan to swing by the Social Text offices to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of BarCamp in a weekend long party full of demos, presentations, and lots and lots of opportunities to geek out.
I think a few of us from Joyent will be there and I might even lead a session called ‘I am the only girl, but I am not a lonely girl’. Or Not. Maybe I will just sit in the back, drink beer and talk about the 49ers chances of going to the SuperBowl this year, which if tonights game against the Broncos is any indication, we know chances are not good.
But that is the beauty of a BarCamp, and unconferences in general, you make of it what you want. You participate where you want.
